Our team includes licensed architects, professional engineers, environmental specialists, SOI-qualified preservation professionals, project managers, archaeologists, and technical consultants with experience across public, private, institutional, industrial, infrastructure, and federally funded projects. We provide real capabilities in civil, structural, environmental, geotechnical, electrical, and hydraulic engineering, as well as permitting, environmental compliance, historic preservation, master planning, storm water management, water and wastewater infrastructure, and construction quality control.

P&S has experience supporting projects involving FEMA, HUD, USACE, EPA, FTA, CDBG-DR, NEPA, CFR, Head Start, and Section 106 compliance processes, allowing our team to efficiently coordinate complex regulatory and permitting requirements.
