This CDBG-DR funded city revitalization project focuses on the comprehensive redesign and rehabilitation of a 3-acre historic plaza in the heart of Moca’s urban center. P&S Consultants is providing full architectural and engineering services, guiding the transformation of the José D. Quiñonez Public Plaza and its surrounding infrastructure. The design improves accessibility, circulation, and code compliance, while carefully preserving the cultural and historic identity of the site. The intervention also included upgrades to adjacent streets, lighting systems, and public amenities, creating a safer and more engaging civic space for the community.
