This project consisted of the comprehensive preparation of as-built documentation and a detailed conditions assessment of an existing building, focusing on both exterior and interior systems. The work involved extensive field verification, documentation, and analysis to establish an accurate record of existing conditions. The scope included multidisciplinary evaluations, incorporating structural, electrical, and architectural inspections, as well as assessments of visible deterioration and damage. Special attention was given to identifying structural deficiencies, material degradation, and code compliance issues. Hazardous materials surveys were also conducted, including the identification and documentation of asbestos and lead-based paint, in accordance with applicable safety and environmental regulations. This effort provided critical baseline information to support future intervention strategies, particularly in the context of rehabilitation, mitigation, or funding applications.
