This custom residence was designed for a challenging sloped site in Isabela, requiring extensive earthwork, grading, and structural solutions to accommodate the natural terrain. The project included site development, retaining walls, elevated foundations, custom concrete elements, and integrated outdoor living spaces. Through careful planning and coordination, the design maximizes views, functionality, and long-term site stability while responding to the unique characteristics of the landscape.
