This CDBG-funded project involved the design and proposed rehabilitation of a 5-acre public space adjacent to the historic center of San Germán, a site recognized for its cultural and architectural heritage. P&S Consultants developed a sensitive design approach that enhanced public access, walkability, and usability while respecting the historic character of the surrounding area.

The scope included the transformation of an existing acoustic shell into a functional event space, along with kiosks, shaded pergolas, green pathways, seating areas, playgrounds, and circulation improvements. The design also incorporated new restroom facilities and exterior lighting to support safe and continuous public use.
