A commercial and touristic recreational complex located in Barrio Islote, Arecibo that includes an attraction park and spaces for open air activities with awareness of the natural environment that surrounds it. The main attraction, which gives the comple its name, will be the installation of the monument: “Birth of the New World” standing at 266ft tall. The recreational area will include museums, horse stables, open-air theatres, and a children’s playground. The recreational areas include walking and biking trails, artificial lakes, a golf course and a natural conservation area.
