DORAMAR PLAZA
SHOPPING CENTER
... is a shopping center with 160,000 sq ft of commercial space located in 15 acres in Dorado, P.R. The project includes office space located in a second story and 800 parking spaces.
P & S developed the project's masterplan, schematic architectural design and all civil design. P & S has also provided architectural/engineering services for various tennants.
EL TOMATE
RESTAURANT & DELI
... is a new concept restaurant in Ave. Domenech, Hato Rey, P.R. P & S provided architectural interior and exterior design, engineering and permitting services. El Tomate was inaugurated in 2008 and operated throughout 2012.
P & S provided the technical expertise and design sensitivity in order to bring to life the client's concept and vision for the restaurant by creating a modern, welcoming restaurant.
COLUMBUS NEW WORLD THEME PARK
... is a commercial / turistic / recreational complex located in Barrio Islote, Arecibo, P.R. that includes an attraction park and spaces for open air activities keeping in mind the importance of the natural environment.
The main attraction, which also gives the complex its name, will be the installation of the monument: "Birth of the New World" which occupies 2,374 sq. m. and is 266 ft tall.
The recreational area will include museums, horse stables, open air theatres, children's playground. The recreational areas includes walking and biking trails, artificial lakes, a golf course and a natural conservation area.
