P&S participated in the Conceptual Design Competition for a three story, 8,850 sq ft building for the Association of Chemists of P. R.  This project sought to fulfill the necessity for administrative offices, conference rooms and an assembly area. Among the sustainable design techniques incorporated where solar panels and a green roof terrace to protect from direct solar heat.  The design also incorporated natural illumination for interior spaces, while protecting the building from solar heat with brise-de-soleil or "sun breakers."
